I'm so happy you're here! My name is Alyssa and I work here at Illuminate Beauty Studio, side by side as Kaytlin's extra set of hands! Since the age of 16 I've been working in salons as an assistant but it wasn't until June of 2020 that I pursued cosmetology school to become a fully licensed stylist!
My obsession behind the chair is a good dimensional color! When we get to styling, creating waves is my favorite (don't worry I'll show you how!) You can look forward to me helping apply your color, giving you an amazing shampoo experience and some bomb blow dry and styling work!
I am a Certified Artist with Invisible Bead Extensions and absolutely love being able to transform my guests hair from fine, flat and/or thinning/broken to full, dense and healthy! The confidence before and after the extensions are put in is my absolute favorite!!
When I'm not in the salon, I love spending time with my fiancé watching Netflix, exploring places in Downtown Frederick and also finishing up planning our wedding!
