Studio Policies 

 Cancellation policy

I completely get that life happens and sometimes your schedule can be unpredictable. I totally respect how valuable your time is and I make every attempt to accommodate schedules, and I ask that you do the same. To ensure that scheduled appointments flow smoothly, guests will need to confirm or cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours more than once, there will be a 20% charge of the service total to be paid before booking any further appointments.

late policy

I will do my best to accommodate you. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule. If you know that you are running late, I ask that you please contact me as soon as possible to let me know. Guests are scheduled back to back so if one starts late it can throw off everyone else scheduled appointments.I totally get that things happen, but if this is a recurring issue, a late fee may be added to your appointment cost.


Redo Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your service, I ask that you let me know within 5 days. I can't make it right if I don't know about it! I do my best to exceed expectations and help you fall in love with your hair or wax and I will do what is needed to make the situation better. However, if we have discussed that your long term goals may take multiple sessions within the consultation, then it does not constitute a "re-do" I do not offer any refunds, but I will do what I can to make sure you're ultimately happy with your service.

Child policy

For safety and liability reasons, I ask that unless they're receiving a service with me that you please leave your children home or arrange for another adult not being serviced to look after them. Please know that I love children, its just not a good idea to have them hanging around hot tools, chemicals and sharp objects unsupervised.
